Sasha Tamarin, Photographer, b. 1986 in Moscow, earned his Bachelor in Photography Communication from Hadassah College, Jerusalem. Currently he lives and works in Tel-Aviv. In the recent and still ongoing project “Israel in color”, Sasha transforms himself into a tourist, and observes Israel from a naive perspective, with a lightness that is essentially void of our contemporary troubles, and instead, is charged with his fascination for tropical nature and the entire kaleidoscope of human behavior. In his daily practice, he strolls in the suburban cities, capturing landscape architecture, social fashions, domestic attributes, typological elements and banal situations into his photo album. Today we take a look at his series titled, Israel in Color (2014-2015).
